SISA (Spain) Grand opening

The company has always been dedicated to the production of axles for light commercial vehicles. It is located in the northwest of Spain, in the city of Valladolid

SCAL (Brazil) Grand opening

Group subsidiary specialized in the production of suspension and axle components for the South American automotive market. The company offers high-quality, technologically advanced solutions for customers in the region.

SIND (India) Grand opening

Indian branch of the group, specialized in the production of powertrain components. It is located in Bangalore and has a workforce of about 300 employees.

BPT Acquisition

Founded in 1973 and located in Saronno, in the province of Varese, it has been part of our group since 2014; it specializes in the manufacture of crankshafts and camshafts.

SPT Acquisition

Operating in the powertrain sector with established expertise in the production of engine connecting rods, the company was acquired in 2016 and is located in Valsamoggia, in the province of Bologna.

Participation in E-Shock

Company belonging to the e-Novia group specializing in the development of electronic solutions for vehicle dynamics control.

Presentation of the first Streparava digital chassis (CES 2020)

Establishment of Alunext

A joint venture established in early 2021 between Costamp Group S.p.A., a leader in the design, engineering and production of molds for automotive components, and Streparava S.p.A

Acquisition and establishment of SMT

Company specialized in the production of stamped and welded sheet metal components.

Acquisition of Fonderie Cervati by Alunext
